Verfahren, bei dem Tropfen f\u00fcr die Augen und f\u00fcr die Nase mit CDL (Chlordioxid L\u00f6sung) hergestellt werden. Dieses Protokoll eignet sich f\u00fcr die Behandlung verschiedener Augenerkrankungen und Nasennebenh\u00f6hlenentz\u00fcndungen. Es kann sowohl f\u00fcr die Augen als auch f\u00fcr die Nase verwendet werden, insbesondere bei Grippe oder Nasennebenh\u00f6hlenentz\u00fcndung.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Anleitung f\u00fcr die Zubereitung der Augentropfen:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Sie ben\u00f6tigen:<\/strong><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">50 ml Kochsalzl\u00f6sung (NaCl 0,9%).<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">0,5 ml CDS (Chlordioxid).<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Fakultativ 0,3 ml DMSO (70%)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Zu befolgende Schritte:<\/strong><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mischen Sie in einer kleinen Glasflasche mit Polyethylen-Tropfer, oder in einem Augentropfer (aus HDPE, einem h\u00e4rteren Kunststoff als Gummi) 50 ml Kochsalzl\u00f6sung, 0,5 ml CDS und optional 0,3 ml DMSO (70%)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Achten Sie darauf, dass die Zutaten in der Flasche gut vermischt sind.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Anwendungshinweise:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei Augenleiden oder Nasennebenh\u00f6hlenentz\u00fcndung alle zwei Stunden f\u00fcnf Tropfen in das betroffene Auge oder die Nase geben.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Vorsichtsma\u00dfnahmen:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn der Patient Intraokularlinsen tr\u00e4gt, sollte DMSO nicht in den Augentropfen verwendet werden.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die L\u00f6sung sollte an einem k\u00fchlen, dunklen Ort aufbewahrt werden. Ihre 100%-ige Wirksamkeit h\u00e4lt sich etwa drei Tage an. Nach dieser Zeit verliert die L\u00f6sung rasch an Wirksamkeit und wird klarer. Es wird empfohlen, eine neue L\u00f6sung zuzubereiten, wenn dieser Zeitraum verstrichen ist.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es besteht kein Infektionsrisiko, da CDL desinfizierend wirkt. Es nimmt nur die Wirksamkeit mit der Zeit ab.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Protokoll O ist eine wirksame und sichere Option f\u00fcr die Behandlung ophthalmologischer und HNO-\u00e4rztlicher Erkrankungen.
