PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR THE TREATMENT OF INTERNAL INFLAMMATIONS
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide adapted as a solution for rectal intestinal lavage, as a solution for ureteral and bladder lavage or as an isotonic injection or infusion solution for use in the treatment systemic of acute or chronic internal inflammations and symptoms or clinically relevant conditions of the human or animal organism caused by it. The composition contains 5 to 1000 mg / l (ppm) of dissolved chlorine dioxide (ClO2) and is in a ready-to-use state substantially free of chlorate ions, hydrochloric acid and chlorine gas or contains these components in a concentration not greater than 1 mg / L (1 ppm) in each case.

PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE POISONING
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on a high purity aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide for use in the local or systemic treatment of an acute poisoning caused by toxic substances from plants, fungi, aquatic animals, amphibians, reptiles, spiders or insects, and the clinically relevant symptoms or conditions caused thereby in human or animal organisms. Its composition contains from 5 to 3000 mg / l (ppm) of dissolved chlorine dioxide (CI02) and is substantially free of chlorate ions, hydrochloric acid and gaseous chlorine or contains said components in a concentration in each case of a maximum of 1 % of the respective chlorine dioxide concentration in the ready-to-use state.

PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR THE TREATMENT OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the systemic, specifically parenteral treatment of infectious diseases, based on an aqueous, sterile and pyrogen-free solution of chlorine dioxide, containing from 5 to 1000 mg / l (ppm) of carbon dioxide. dissolved chlorine (CI02) and preferably 3 to 10 g / l of an ionic tonicity regulator, optionally in combination with a non-ionic tonicity regulator. The composition further preferably contains a pH regulator, in particular a pH buffer system, adjusted to a pH of 7,3 to 7,5, and may further contain DMSO or MSM. In the ready-to-use state, the composition is free of chlorate ions, hydrochloric acid and chlorine gas, or contains said components in a concentration of not more than 1 mg / L (1 ppm) of each.

CHLORINE DIOXIDE IN COVID-19: HYPOTHESIS ABOUT THE POSSIBLE MECHANISM OF MOLECULAR ACTION IN SARS-COV-2

Introduction: The aim of this review is to hypothesize the mechanism of action of chlorine dioxide in COVID-19 by studying its mechanism of action in the structure of SARS-CoV-2.

Methods: Reviews of research on the mechanism of action of chlorine dioxide in viruses, particularly SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses at the amino acid level in the viral spike were conducted and these data were transferred to the same structural amino acids of SARS-CoV-2 . We used 3D computer reconstructions, use of data through cryo-electronic studies, and previous work based on ChimeraX (UCSF) augmented reality software.
